What food is available on site?

Food is not included within the ticket price. However, food is available for purchase from the Hotel’s two restaurants, La Table restaurant and carvery or The George & Dragon Pub. Drinks and snacks will also be available from the foyer of the hotel throughout the programme.

When are the conference sessions?

Thursday's sessions run from 7-9pm.

Friday’s sessions run from 9am-8.30pm.

Saturday’s sessions run from 9am-8.30pm.

Registration will be open 45 minutes before each session is due to begin on Thursday and Friday.

Is there disability access?

The venue has multiple access points to provide easy access for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. There is also a lift up to the family room and hotel accommodation. There are accessible toilets available throughout the building.

What production effects will be used?

Strobe lighting and hazer effects will be used during conference worship sets & performances.
