Your Kingdom Come

This year's Kids Conference will be full of interactive teaching, powerful praise and worship, and fun games and activities. The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Your kingdom come’ and the children will be learning about how to be a hero in God’s kingdom with the Little Big Heroes characters, Queen Esther, King David & Jesus.

We would love to have all children aged 5-13 join us for this great conference. More details are available below and bookings are available here. (Subject to ticket availability).

For children aged 0-4, there is a family Room with Live Feed available on the second floor of the venue. There will be a selection of toys available for your children to use. It is very important to read the Family room rules below to ensure your child is safe at all times.

We would encourage you to bring your children to check in before the first morning session begins as that will be a key time for the children to settle in, get to know their small group leader and the other children in their small group.

If you need to settle your child at any point, please ensure you sign in as a visitor.

The Family Room will also be available for use during the evening sessions.




All children need to be registered at the main registration desk upon arrival at the conference. They will be issued with a wristband which they will need to wear throughout the conference. Children also need to be checked into each G12 Kids Conference session they attend at the G12 Kids Conference entrance. You will be given a family card showing your unique family number upon checking in your child(ren). You will also need to present this card when you collect your children.


Please no electronic devices, valuables or toys. Children will not be allowed these during Conference sessions. Ensure they are handed over to you as a parent before check-in.

Morning Sessions

Each child should bring:

  • 2 drinks in disposable containers or clearly named plastic bottles

  • A mid-morning snack in a clearly named container or bag

  • A packed lunch in a clearly named container or bag

Evening Sessions

Each child should bring:

  • A drink in a disposable container or clearly named plastic bottles

  • A snack

  • A pillow and/or blanket



There are a limited number of spaces available for the Kids Conference. Online booking for the Kids Conference will close when capacity is reached, or at 12 noon on Thursday 20 June, whichever is sooner. All children wishing to attend the Kids Conference must be pre-booked, we will not be able to take bookings for the Kids Conference on the door.




  1. The Family Room is available primarily for the use of parents with children aged up to 4.

  2. In using the Family Room you agree to the following rules to help ensure the safety of all children:

  3. All children to be accompanied by an adult (with recommended ratios of; 0s-3s – 1 adult to max. 2 children, 3s-5s – 1 adult to max. 4 children, 5s-11s – 1 adult to max. 5 children).

  4. A child must not be allowed to leave the Family Room unless with their accompanying adult.

  5. No hot drinks are to be taken into the Family Room unless in covered mugs.

  6. Accompanying adults are only to give food or drink to the children in their care, in case of allergies.

  7. Accompanying adults are solely responsible for the children in their care, and won't leave the children with anyone without prior arrangement between parents/guardians.

  8. Buggies are not to be taken into the Family Room. Designated buggy parks will be provided on the ground floor.
